My Protein intake.

Hi sainyo, ito nga pala diet ko, Six boiled Eggs a day,  2eggs with yolks tapos 4 egg white and Fried porkchop pati canned Tuna.  

ito total ng protein intake ko. 
2 canned tuna = 16 grams of Protein + 2 bottles of vitaMilk = 16 grams of Soy Protein
then 2 eggs w/ yolks =  12 grams of Protein + 4 Egg whites =  11.2g ng BCAA.
tapos ang Lunch and Dinner ko tig 1pc Fried Pork chop bali 2pcs of Fried Porkchop a day.

sa isang 4 ounces na Porkchop = 24 grams of Protein since nakaka dalawa ako bali 48 grams of Protein.
16+16+12= 44 grams + 48 grams = 92 grams of protein + 11.2 grams ng Branched chain Amino acids from white eggs :) 

mag 1month palang ako nag g gym, my improvements naman. ^_^ 
wala kasi ako budget sa Creatine and Whey protein haha

    Just take 0.8 grams of protein for every pound of body weight

    Protein supplements are not necessary as long as you are eating whole foods high in protein

    bro , dba sa canned tuna merong 9g of protein per serving , 3servings ang isang can ng tuna so supposed to be 27p per can . dalawa kinakaen mo so meron kang 54g of protein .correct me if wrong hehe

    Correct

    But I wouldn't recommend getting majority of your protein from canned tuna on a daily basis. Any food that is canned probably has preservatives
