Quick question in using mass

Quick question. I have fats in my tummy. pero i do exercise it to get "abs"
I also want to get bulk.
Does drinking mass will affect my training on abs?

    1. to have a visible "ABS" ya need to lower the bodyfat% wala sa exercise/program yan. so ya need top cut
    2. its very hard to BULK and CUT at the same time. contradicting results :p
    3. its just a supplement. i wont make that big of a difference bro. extra supply lang yan ng mga di mo mapunan na pagkain

    pro, sa nutri facts ka mag compare. tignan mo pinag kaiba nila, usually sa mass gainer +carbs ang dinagnag nila kaya mag gagain ka ng "MASS"

    Kasi i want to bulk up my body. pero medyo ma-belly fat pa ako.

    may chance na lumaki tyan kpag bulking ka, lalo na kung dirty bulking ginawa mo, madami din fats madadagdag. pano ba bulking ginagawa mo pafs?

     - doing "abs" exercise alone won't get you six pack abs. It will help you build rock solid abs / core, 

    I also want to get bulk.
    then I suggest to not mind your stomach for a while.

    mass? as in mass gainer? I don't think that it has anything to do with you training you're "abs".

    more on rice talaga tol , then saging ,tinapay, kumbaga sa isang araw masa madami ako nakakain na carbs kesa sa protein , kaya i take pm7 :smile:

    papi @learsi122613 yan ung sa generic na mga calculator. for normal people, basis lang yan, so basically, since your into bodybuilding, iaalter mo yan according to your goals. i-UP mo ung protein inatke mo and i mind mo lang yang carbs. track mo lang, you dont want to go overboard. unless tlgang drastic ung training mo na masusunog mo or magagamit mo lahat sila :)

    mind mo lang ung carbs. kumbaga dont go wild on em. ung protein ang i-up mo bahagya instead of kamo puro carbs kinakain mo gets
