What is your take between Clean Bulking or Monster Bulking? and your definition, as the internet defines them with too many versions.
Being endo-man, my take is Clean Bulking, and my personal definition of it is to have a gradual increase of surplus until I find my sweet spot of gaining weight around 1-2 lbs per week (still in my newbie gains). By gradual increase, I mean 200 calorie surplus increments.
