Hi mga bossing. newbie po ako. I need some advise..
Nagwwork out ako at home for 3 weeks now. I lost 1kl. Ung routine ko po I get from facebook (30days bikini challenge).. Ngaun ang napansin ko.. pumayat ako which is good and bad at the same time kc nwla ung curve ko, pero ung arms ko talaga ung problem area ko.. khit n pumayat ako, ung braso mlaki pa dn.. Average lang naman body type ko never naging chubby..or too slim. pero I want leaner muscles and abs especially tone butt.
So far I like what I'm doing, baka mgtuloy tuloy n to. Ang sarap pgsobrang pawis sk ung feeling na "I'm pushing myself to the limit" everytime I need to keep up the repetition. :sport::sport:
Mga boss kelangan ko ba more arms excercises para lumiit arms ko? or weight lifting?
Kailangan ko ba ng supplements like protein powder. creatine or amino acid para mgkamuscles legs, butt and abs ko?
