Hi PBB! Do you ever experienced fore-arm pain (similar to shin splints on running). This has been my recurring problem every time I hit about 100 above curling especially on preacher position. I have to slowly release the bar or else it will give me jolt of pain "nangingilo" :arghh: on my forearm.
Do you know treatments and exercises for this?
I tried resting and restarted to do curling on lighter weights, using EZ bar, wrist strengthening exercises.
