    thanks sa mga nag welcome..medyo basic work out lang ginagawa ko like treadmill, bike, squats, and nag eexplore din sa gym kung anu anong pde kong gawin..i like chest exercises..pero hirap ako sa bench press..kaya ko lang 5 kgs hahaha...

    Everyone got to start on something brother..keep it up. maraming makakapag advice sayo dito..silipin mo din mga journal namin for reference ng workouts and diets...iba iba ang approach dahil iba iba din ang goal^^
