Hi Everyone, I am not sure if this already been a topic here, but I want to bring this up for your opinions.
I myself do more of a structured refeed day than cheat day, although there are pros and cons also. (See References)
I specify 1 rest day in my week as my refeed day where I eat at TDEE but leaning more on carbs; for the reason of glycogen recovery and leptin increase utilization to bust on fatloss plateu. It also helped me psychologically because it gave me rest from strict dieting.
What is your take brah's? Re-feed or Cheat Day?
