Strongest Version of Ourselves
Started the year right with strength training, and, so far, I am loving it.
I spent my first month doing reconditioning exercises, -- kettlebell and ViPR training, the next two months with bodyweight strength training, and now in my second month doing Stronglifts 5x5
So far, I'm so amazed at my strength gains, and how it trickles down into everyday activities -- grocery shopping, playing with my kid, slamming with the MRT crowd, etc. Hahahaha!
