Daily Routine

HI PBB,

I consider myself as beginner self walang asenso yung katawan ko. Been doing SL 5x5 for pass 3week pero parang kulang eh. Mas nag kakamuscle yata ako ung basic routine ko before. Been workingout na for past 2years pero On Off ako sa gym kasi sa workschedule. But as of now, gusto ko ng tuloy-tuloyin na.

Current Weigh: 124
Height: 5'6''

Currently taking ProMatrix7 and Revicon forty.

Should I continue the current routine na SL 5x5 or should I go back sa basic routine ko? Ecto po ako. So any suggestion for a routine?

Please help PBB! Thanks in advance.

    sa tingin ko papz, since ecto ka dapat kumain ka lang ng madami na madami. sa training naman stick to basic muna kasi kahit gaano pa kaganda mapili naten na training kung kulang naman kinakain mo mahihirapan tayo nyan. btw, journal pati gawa ka na rin para malaamn naten goal mo :)
