Whey or Mass?

Good morning.

Masyado pong manipis ang inner at upper chest ko, iba ang shape ng rib cage ko.. the rest of my body is satisfied na ako and gusto ko di na masyado palakihin pa.. the only prob I have is my inner and upper chest. Sa pagkakaalam ko is ang Whey is for cuts and Mass is for bulk.. now, if I use Whey lalaki pa ba ang inner and upper chest ko? If I go with Mass, lalaki pa lalo ang buong katawan ko (which I don't like) not ony my chest, right?

Any information will do. Thanks!

*4 month-ish pa lang po ako sa gym..

    Bro @egnopslatem, EAT BIG LIFT BIG! medyo di ko macomprehend yung sinabi mo na ok na yang katawan mo at chest mo nalang ang problema??? i think thats not the case. youre lacking muscle mass to achieve your ideal body :) daming makakahelp sayo dito bro this is a good start :)
  • Sir @ghee, 164lbs po, what do you mean bench press PR ? If you mean program then wide incline bench press.. dumbbell incline bench press/ wide dumbbell flys.. Incline close-grip dumbbell press... machine fly.. 3 sets/12 reps each.. weights na kaya ko for now: 20lbs to 35lbs .. that's for my upper chest.. ginaya ko lang dun sa nakita ko sa Youtube..

    Sir @core, I'm satisfied na kung gaano kalaki ang katawan ko. Siguro po sa picture payat ako tingnan..hehe. I don't want to look like incredible hulk kasi.. haha. But maybe you're right, I need to gain more muscle.. as much as possible po kasi ayaw ko na palakihin pa, gusto ko lang is leaner lang sya..

    So guys, would you agree that I should build more muscle and use Mass for now? Later na ang Whey?

    bro mali ang pananaw mo sa supplements. hindi porke sinabi na MASS lalaki ka as in massive. Walang kwenta supplements kung gains ang paguusapan.

    Pero agree ako sayo na YOU SHOULD BUILD MORE MUSCLE. Yun nga lang hindi MUTANT MASS ang solution dyan. kumain ka ng madami especially meat then train heavy.cheers

    Bro do this first if you want the help of the people here, create journal then put everything there, workouts mo, statistics mo together with your diet. then ipaasses mo. from the looks of it bro, or paro sayo, ok ung katawan mo pero, manipis bro. (no offense) so you need muscle mass tlga. yung question mo sa mass and whey, these are all supplements. SUPPLEMENTS. additional supply lang sya sa iyong nutrition but all of these you can find n whole foods. if you know the nutri facts of these and alam mo ung daily need mo to build muscle, you can easily decide for yourself. hindi ito parang magic beans na pag tinake mo, 1-2weeks e kita mo na na may effect. yes it will help (in terms of convenience) pero same effect lang pag kinuha mo sa whole food sources like chicken fish pork beef and etc. PR= personal record . but that doenst seem to be the case. so never mind muna ung prs. do your journal bro :)
