Shoulder Pain

Mga masters patulong naman oh, recently kasi from 4x a week every other day nag-change of routine ako into 6 days straight after my shoulder workout today napansin ko when ever I do shadow boxing or rotating my arms 360 degrees my nag-pop ganun din kanina while doing arnold press (15lbs lang each arm) may popping and discomfort. Napansin ko slightly mas mataas yung right kesa sa left and mas nag-pop yung left shoulder ko. Should I be bothered? Plano ko is to rest until friday since start nanaman ang schooling at weekends na lang makakapagbuhat. Meron din bang nakakaexperience sa inyo ng ganito natatakot kasi ako baka rotator cuff injury. Pa-share naman ng experience and knowledge niyo about dito or if my videos for rehabilitation pa-share na rin. Thank you in advance Masters :sport::sport::sport::sport:

    panong nag pop? nag pop na nakalas tapos bumalik o parang pop lang ng tuhod or elbows pag nag bebend?

    Lumalagutok sir parang yung pagnagcrack ka ng knuckles mo, siguro parang pop lang ng tuhod or elbows pagnagbend. Kaya ko pa naman siya itaas and very minor lang naman yung pain though may discomfort pag-nirorotate. Hindi siya yung muscle pain katulad ng pecs na pag pinisil masakit parang sa loob eh ahahha

    rest mo muna paps. inuman mo ng mga anti inflamatory. apply RICE (Rest, Ice, compression and elevation) treatment and see how it goes in 3 to 1 week time. baka may na stress lang na mga laman laman mo. as long as nagagalaw mo yan, all good. pero pag 1 week ganyan padin. then go see a doctor

    pag may mga ganyan kang nararamadaman wag ka muna mag panic, ung iba kasi nag papanic agad. backtrack ka muna sa mga ginawa mong acticvities para matrace mo san nag simukla from there maassess mo nmaman kung seryoso or hinde :) goodluck
  • Mukhang rotator cuff injury.. mag rotator cuff exercises ka atsaka improve mo mobility mo
    ganun dn ako, yung sa left ko.

    proper warm up at cool down palagi bago mag simula ng kahit anong ehersisyo :)

    at gaya nga ng sabi ni papi chee, wag muna mag panic , pag more than a week at andun parin ung pain/discomfort/etc ayun, dun ka na mag simula mag alala at maghanap ng dahilan bakit ganun at mag tanong tanong at research ka na rin
