Mga Bro's,

Iam Neophyte at gym. Talagang i started from the scratch, all i want is to become lean kc nasasabihan akong chubby . I started last Feb 2011 weighing 165lbs. I achieved my goal in 4 months, ive lost 25lbs. For now parang gusto ko ng maging lifestyle ang pagbubuhat. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Pls give me some tips/advise regarding foods, supps, routine to bulk UP. Thanks in advance!
