MAGANDA PO BA GUMAMIT NG MEGA MASS SA BEGINNER LIKE ME

Tanong lang po mganda po ba gumamit ng mega mass mag 1 month plang po ako sa gym,, gusto ko sana gumamit nun,, kasi nababasa ko nakakatulong sya pra bumilis lumaki ang muscle, and anu po mas mgandang MEGA MASS YUNG 2000 OR 4000 and may mga nabasa din ako tungkol sa side effect like pag ka kalbo and sa erection,, totoo po ba yun?.. salamat po :sport:

  • alamin mo muna kung mga basics ng nutrition before ka mag take nyan...
    don't take supplements yet. It's better to start off without supplements
    kailangan mo lng kumain ng above maintenance mo (caloric surplus)

    So is whole foods ( lots of meat, eggs ,rice etc )
    anu po mas mgandang MEGA MASS YUNG 2000 OR 4000 and may mga nabasa din ako tungkol sa side effect like pag ka kalbo and sa erection,, totoo po ba yun?.. salamat po

    first time hearing this, san mo nalaman to?

    no idea bro kung totoo yung side effect, never used mass gainer kase pero parang di naman totoo, hehe!

    Korek si sir. kumain ka ng Kanin. yun nalang ang gawin mong supplement. i'm not being sarcastic. misconception kasi ng rice na puro carbohydrates lang tapos nakakataba. but meron din kasing protein ang kanin which will help you get muscle mass. and shempre, carbs for energy. nakakataba naman talaga ang kanin kung di mo gagamitin yung carbs as energy.

    ilang taon ka na ba paps? kung ang tanong lang ang pag babasehan, oo gumamit ka kahit anong mass gainer pa yan :) walang kaso dun ;)

    basta ba kakain ka rin ng tama gaya ng mga payo ng asa taas eh.

    Kung nagpapataba ka at di mo talaga kayang idaan lahat sa kain, walang kaso. Mainam yan na pandagdag sa daily calories.

    But be warned na madaya mass gainers kasi ang konti ng servings eh kung iisipin it's basically a scoop of whey protein and TONS of sugars/sweeteners to pass off as the carb content.

    it's better to try it nalang yourself. may nabibili naman atang tingi tingi. alam ko nirerepack din nila yan sa sachet. bili ka muna siguro ng konti then if it works for you, then good. tsaka ka bumili ng malaki. may iba kasi akong kilala na nag protein supplement pero nagka GI discomfort sila. hehehe... check mo nalang siguro yung brand na hiyang sa iyo. pero wala pa naman akong nabalitaan na nakalbo or nagka erectile dysfunction sa nagta take niyan. yung classmate ko tatlo na anak eh haha...

  • Nothing screams "noob" like mass gainers though hahaha. Kidding aside, I'd advice against it. No beginner should go on supplements, because tendency is you base your diet around said supplements. Go with hole foods, and if you cant be bothered to buy and cook for yourself then maybe the iron game just isnt for you. You cant buy your way into a better body, some good lifting straps and a pair of chucks ould probably be a better investment.
