So basically, I'm about 5'5 to 5'6. I weigh 123 lbs. Seems fine naman right? Kaso I have extra fat around my midsection, particularly sa sides, belly and some on my midback. Meanwhile, yung legs and arms ko medyo lean naman. So concentrated talaga yung taba ko sa midsection.
I need help kung pano ko maaalis yung taba na to.
I currently eat at around 1800 calories, although may days na umaabot sa 2300 maximum. Sobrang madalang ang softdrinks and chips and most junk. Although, syempre filipino foods, may mga fried padin. But I limit rice and carbs though.
I workout 6 times a week, upper and lower split. Although balak ko palitan ng 3 day split for 6 days padin naman. The lifts I do are the common ones, nothing too complicated.
I've been doing this for about 2 weeks na. Medyo nabawasan sa timbang, pero di noticable in terms of appearance. Parang less than 1/2 an inch nga lang nabawas sa tyan ko eh.
Am I on the right track? Any advice?
