Hi ask ko lang po til kelan yung newbie gainz? kasi po i estimate 70-120 protein lang knakaya ko per day minsan 70 lng kasi nauubosan dn ng egg at peanuts at dahil sa sobrang busy pero sabi po ng mga tao sa gym namin na ako daw po pinakamabilis na mag develop ng muscles at ang bilis ko maglaki ambilis ko pumayat kasi nging 76kg ako gaya nkalagay sa journal then every day for the next 2months 1hr threadmill nging 60kg ako then ng start ako ng serious weight lifting for 8months now 66kg nako or 141lbs sabi nila ambilis daw ng progress ko ang snsabi ko lng is "Newbie gainz pokasi" newbie gainz po ba tlga? kelan po ba hihinto yun? sana hndi na hihi :) para ma achieve ko desired body ko :)

    yeah newbie gains nga ung gnyan when ur body is new from weightlifting and then u eventually observe gains in muscle mass. Observe ur progress in 1 to 2 years of lifting. As u progress in adding weights and repetitions in your workout there will come a point na u will have a hard time gaining mass because accustomed na ang katawan mo sa binubuhat mo. The room for improvement will be smaller because I believe u already na know ung tinatawag na genetic limit plus many other factors. Pero kung weight gain (fat gain) lang naman ang habol mo eh no need to overhyped sa protein or sa supplements. Caloric surplus lang yan. Always remember, muscular weight gain is hard to build compared to fat gain.

    same po kaming 5'5 ako po nag ggym sya hndi pero now nag gym na sya threadmill lang sya

    Kung ganoon man ang nangyari, that explains kung bakit mataba pa rin siya. Maybe, just maybe, same pa rin ang intake niya ng calories since nagy-gym up to the duration na nahinto siya, but since wala na yung 'CALORIES OUT' factor na-cocontribute sa pagbawas, lalabas either mag-stall siya doon sa condition niya or mag-gain siya, but not weight-loss/fat-loss.

    Another, kung hindi man ganoon ang nangyari, alam mo ba 'exactly' yung kinakain niya? Macro-wise ba yun sa goal niyo na fat-loss? If, not, again that explains.Second...

    76kg > 2mos (16kg | 35.2lbs) > 60kg > 8mos (6kg | 13.2lbs) > 66kg

    A single number could be viewed in alot of perspective. The look of a 76kg weight could vary between individuals through body fat percentage, bone mass, lean mass, water weight... and so on and so forth.

    At a rate of 4.4lbs/wk lost over a duration of 2 months.

    TOO FAST! [size=x-small](IMO)[/size] But I couldn't tell if it was a bad or good one since wala naman before-after photos na provided.

    So it could be either a fast weight-loss with bigger muscle-loss to fat-loss ratio or the other way around. But as said, no one could tell other than the OP, unless a before-after photo/s is/are provided.

    At a rate of 0.4125lbs/wk or 0.4lbs/wk gained over a duration of 8 months.

    Who knows? Slow bulk... or not eating enough?

    HI sir @core sabi nga po ng doctor buti daw po hndi ako ng karoon ng sakit dahil ang bilis ko daw pumayat kasi sabi nya 1lbs per week yung safe na bawas ng bigat doctor po yun sya ng sa milo yung nag tatambay sa robinsons mall minsan nag free checkup ako dun..

    yung 60kg po to 66kg na 8months Not eating enough po dpat po 2100+ a day tnatake ko na calories minsan 1600 lng tlga gaya po ng sabi ko sir 70-90 protein minsan dko pa naayos yang 70grams ng protein as in busog napo tlga kasi ako at as i can see okay nman po yung building ko ng muscle mabagal nga lang pero my progress kasi sir hindi ko talga kaya ma reach yung 2100 nrereach ko yan pag as in lumalabas pero pag sabahay lang nabubusog po agad ako
