If you lift weights mas dadali kang pumayat at mas maganda man. Mas marami ka pa makakain.

sige next time. naintimidate lang ako na gamitin yung actual bench press kasi napapaligiran nung mga gym buffs. kaya dun ako sa mga walang nagamit haha.
