legs and calves workout problem

kapag nag lelegs and calves ako ng squat and squat machine na mejo heavy sa akin like 170 - 200 pds. ay nahihilo ako tapos magsusuka. ilang beses na nangyare sakin to mga paps. kahit tubig nalang laman ng sikmura ko minsan dinudukot ko pa lalamunan ko para lang mapalabas un suka ko pra lang mawala hilo ko.

bakit kaya ganun nangyayayre sakin? pls help :arghh: :sleepy: =(

    First of all have a medical check up. Sabi mo kahit tubig lang laman ng tiyan mo. Hindi good idea na wala kang meals bago mag heavy workout. At least 1 hour before gym you need to eat a meal for fueling your muscles. Your blood sugar went down, and that's why you got dizzy. At least a couple of bananas, an egg. cheers

    salamat paps try ko yan. hindi naman lagi nangyyre minsanan lng tlga pag parang nabigla ako? saka pag nag leg day ako d ko na masundan ng ibang routine dahil 101% mahihilo nq. kainis na tuloy mg legday =(

    papz, gawa ng sabi ni sir rene, kelngan mo kumain bago ang training. hindi kaya di ka kumain bago ka mag training or kulang ung kinain mo kaya na experience mo yang hilo hilo na yan? unless IF diet mo, mga ganun kape kape lang talaga minsan bago mag training pero sa oras ng kain nila, napupuno na halos nila ung macros nila.

    pero sa experiensa ko naman, mahalagang may laman ang tyan bago tayo mag training :)

    kumakain nmn aq paps bgo mag training pero iba tlga pkiramdam ko pag legday nakakainis. d nmn aq hb or diabetic. iwas nga q lagi s mga sweets at cholesterol

    inhale, exhale. proper breathing habang nag peperform ng lifts do you practice? baka mamaya pigil na pigil pag hinga mo sa squats mo lalo na ung pag rise mo kaya di dumadaloy ung oxygen. naiipit. nang yayare sakin yan, malimit lalo sa heavy squats. pag umabot na ko ng 400+ normal na para sakin medyo hilo/uneazy. what i do is i walk it out then i breath deeply. as in malalim na hinga. paulit ulit. then i shake it off and prepare for the next set.
