Maganda po ba yung workout na ito? 12 weeks po kasi po 2hrs and 30mins ako lagi sa gym sa dami ng chest workout na gnagawa ko wala nman prob sakin kasi ala pa pasok eh this monday po start na class so need ko ng mas maagang mtapus na workout at nkalagay sa bigman workout na kaya daw ginawa ni steve cook ito para daw sa mga estudyanteng my academic, social life at sympre gym time any suggestions?

    yup yan yung gamit ko now. magnda sya kaya lang dagdag ka ng dagdag ng weights jan every set of repition.

    pang ilang week kna sir? nag transform kna ba? ilang hr ka sa gym? pansin ko kasi alang bench press tapus alang peck deck ala dn decline wala din pull over okay lang ba yun sir? kamusta gainz sir?

  • hi ive tried this workout na.mejo matagal nga lang ang duration pero mejo effective naman; may mga kakaibang exercise lang. bawasan mo lang yung rest mo at balik kagad asap sa routine. youll finish this 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. usually naman makukuha mo yung sinasabi nilang end product if kumpleto ka sa supps and nutrtion just like yung nakalagay talaga dun. tyaga lang talaga sir :)

    hi sir ramdam ko po yung workout d kagaya dati sa mga workout ko na basics my times na hndi nag sosore yung mga tnitrain ko specific muscles ngaun ramdam ko tlga yung burn ko 12 weeks ito so far gsto ko sya

    well thats good to hear. ako din mejo hirap sa workout ko kasi paiba iba. 9 weeks lang yung akin so sana mejo umepek :) good luck to us brad :flex:
