supplements help !

15 y/o po ako 5'7 in height and 66 kg .

mag start na po sana ako mag lift ng weights and medyo may body fat po ako gusto ko po ma eliminate .

pero bago po yun if i use protein supplements lalaki pa po ba ako and may bad side effect po ba to ?

    yan lang mga kelangan mo muna gawin. kalimutan mo na supplements at wag mo masyado problemahin ang diet para maging hunk or sexy. Basta kumain ka ng madaming karne kasi malaking tulong yun to support muscle growth.
