any recommended workout plan for seizure patients like me?

There are triggers kasi such as blinking lights, nalipasan ng gutom, puyat, sobrang pagod at stress.

I visit the doctor naman kada three to four months.

May mga kakilala po ba kayo na may ganitong condition? if yes, ano yung pinakang-exercise (workout plan) nila or suitable para sa amin.

Thanks mga bros and sir!

Bro since you really want to workout against doctors advice,,,,my advice is to have a qualified/CPR trained, Trainer with you at all times while working out. Best wishes Brocheers

Kahit may bantay, iwas sa mga exercises in which a weight is pressing against you or above you (bench press, standing press, leg press, squat, lying tricep extension, etc)

    Edit:

There are 2 studies that indicate exercising reduces seizure frequency

    Study on rats
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23103304

    Study on human
