Is the "Buff Dudes 12 Week Plan" effective?
I was researching about bodybuilding and came across these buff brothers who are giving tips and advices to those interested in weight lifting. They are posting videos of individual exercises, even meal plans and recipes. They also devised a program which they called Buff Dudes 12 Week Plan
. I would like to ask if anyone here is using this program, and if you find the program effective.
