    about ung real food kakaen lng namin ng sinigang beef chicken chka garlic rice kangkong and bangus jan :) dinner ko now tilapia 2 hard boiled egg 2pcs saging

    I think what sir @19PreDaTor68 meant is kumusta ang diet mo, If the bulk of your diet is on those supplement or staple stock pa rin nang diet mo ang whole foods.
  • ah ndi ko naintindihan agad sir :banghead: heheh so far ok naman sir tntrack ko din ung macros ko.. ok lng ba ung ganito sir pag gising ko sa umaga whey protein 5g ng creatine monohydrate hardboiled egg oats.. tapos sa lunch kung anu ung tanghalian namin then after ko mag workout ung mutant mass tas bago matulog pm7 .. ok lng ba ndi nako mag rice sa gabi ulam lng? pxenxa na sa mga tanong sir baguhan lng xe ako :)

    ginagawa ko rin to dati, pag gising ko , whey protein muna before eating whole foods, yung 5g creatine naman kase , IMO, anytime mo naman pwede i take. Though I take it after work out .

    never pa kong nag take nag mass gainer eh, so di kita masasagot jan,

  • :duh: eat clen tren hard anavar give up + godly genetic= lazar angelov's physique pero di natin alam till san genetics mo bro a bag of protein is not =75lbs lean muscle. anyways if you're aiming for lazar's body you can't achieve it by 100% natural not even close to his physique. You can be dry AF but you can't achieve his symmetry and muscle fullness go for short term goals and we never know you can be better than him. As they say train hard until your idol become your rival. I'm not trying to criticize you nor say it's impossible. Just rain check brahhh anyways good luck with your goals brah :sport:
