    Ex.
    Flat bench press 4 sets 8-12 reps
    Inclined bench press 4 sets 8-12 reps
    etc..

    hi Sir @miggyreyez, Sir working po kasi skin yung MFT28 ni Greg Plit eh. try to search in Bodybuilding.com yunn 1st week day1 chest . palang ako pero effective na xa . but now week3 chest na ako pero nakikitta ko na yung improvements.mga sir eto po yung progress nya.
