    Welcome sa PBB! Keep it up your progress is doing good!

    Question:

    "Bara-barang workout" for first 3 months
    4th and 5th month : Day 1 , 3, 5 - Chest, biceps, abs
    Day 2, 4, 6 - Back, triceps, shoulder
    Plan for next month: To include deadlift and squat in my workout list.

    6 days workout? 1 day rest? gaano po kabigat ang mga ito?

    Yes 6 days a week. Alternate naman yung program ko eh so nakakapagpahinga pa rin ang muscles ko..At normally nagmimintis yung 6day workout training ko so 2 days rest pa rin hehe. Yung bigat? Ang alam ko ung barbell na binubuhat ko ay 90lbs... Sa susunod aayusin ko program ko. Maglalaan ako ng isang araw for cardio (swimming). Wala kasing treadmill yung gym ng townhouse namin.. iilan lang equipments. palibhasa libre;-)

    Malabo yang squat rack na yan sa mga townhouse/condo free gyms. Hehehe

  • Walang Squat Rack.. 5 sets of dumbbells nga lang. 4 sets of (barbell plates) (2 same size), 1 decline bench, 1 flat bench, at 1 pulldown station, 1 curl bar, 1 long barbell bar.... Sharing na sila sa iilang plates hehe. Darating ung time na need ko na maglevel up so i need to find.... a more decent gym;-)

    Tama ka dyan.. Sa mga bagong condo.. Ok pa ang gym facilities nila, pero pag tumagal, pag nasira, pullout tapos dina pinapaayos, hanggang sa konting equipments na lng natira hehe.

    Agree ako dyan. Sa condo namin wala din ok na gamit. All we have is a Pro Gym Pec deck, 1 adjustable bench(for dbs), 2 treadmills and abunch of dbs. So ginagawa namin before was to borrow the trolley, get all the plates and bars from our unit to the gym. Parang nag warm up na ko nun after hehehe. Buti na lang payag na si misis dun sa unit mag work out...provided I don't drop anything para di mag complain mga nasa baba na floors. Kaya matatawa ka pag deadlift day...soooooobrang hinhin pagbaba ng barbell hahahaha.

    Added pressure din ung dahan-dahang pagbaba ng barbell pag nagddeadlift so okey lang hehe..I added ON Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein (2lbs) P1800
    Nature Made Fish Oil - 200 softgel (P650)
    and my 2nd container of Dymatize Elite Whey Protein (5lbs) P2600 (Vanilla flavor this time) to my stack

    @conespino - good job. nice progress. Compared dun sa una mong pic mas ok tignan katawan mo ngaun. Same height tayo and same weight halos. Interesting ... keep me posted.
