Deadlifting 300lbs for the 1st time...

Good day to all bakal gods here!

Last Saturday, I was able to do one rep of deadlift of 265 lbs. for the first time :yahoo:.

I thought I would have done 2 more reps but for the sake of performing the exercise in the best form possible, I hesitated. I WAS VERY HAPPY!

Anyway, I am planning to jump to 300 lbs this Saturday. Could you please help me with the warm up sets?

    ay sir hindi pa po malakas yan, alam ko mas maraming mamaw dito sa DL sir!

    sa may LA (Lower Antipolo) lang po ako. Sa may Marikina po ako nagbubuhat.

    ano kayang tamang warm-up percentage and reps para sa 300lbs na deadlift?

    pag feel mo na, eh di go. Pero para sakin wag muna, gawin mo muna yung prescribe reps and sets mo dyan sa 265 lbs mo or depende sa program mo then increase ka lang ng max 10lbs, dahan dahanin mo. kaw rin baka mayari ka hehe

    sinisingit ko lang yung deadlift for back exercises, ala-5/3/1.

    ikaw sir, paano naging percentages at reps mo sa 300lbs DL mo noon sir?

    +5-10lbs lang kada DL day pag nahirapan ako at di ko matapos yung workset ko, stay lang ako dun sa DL na yun or magdedeload ako at dahan dahan gapang ulet pataas, pero may deload weeks talaga ako para makarecover since hindi naman araw araw malakas ka eh.
