Last Saturday, I was able to do one rep of deadlift of 265 lbs. for the first time :yahoo:.
I thought I would have done 2 more reps but for the sake of performing the exercise in the best form possible, I hesitated. I WAS VERY HAPPY!
Anyway, I am planning to jump to 300 lbs this Saturday. Could you please help me with the warm up sets?
