is it possible to gain 3kgs of mass in 5 weeks?
Good day mga master, i dont know if im on the right thread pero question lang. Its been 5 weeks since i started lifting seriously and i started out at 82kgs pero now im at 85kgs with 18.9% body fat. Nagtataka lang ako kung possible ba na what i gained is mostly muscle mass? Medyo napapraning lang na baka im gaining fat instead na muscle. TIA!
