suggestion about bodybuilding supplements

    As the masters here suggest na huwag na mag mass gainer. Useless yan, and I agree. Id rather spend my hard earned money sa isang kaban na bigas at sandamakmak na itlog at kilo kilong lean meat.

    Para sakin hindi naman talagang "useless", complete macros pa din naman yan. Carbs, protein and fats.
    May mga tao na swak sa kanila yan kasi convenientdahil pwede mo siya inumin in between meals. Yun ay kung talagang wala ka ng time na mas makapag prepare ng meals. Whole food plus mass gainer basta may pambili ka naman is not a bad idea. Unless gagawen mong meal replacement yan. Pwedeng 4-5 solid meals tapos 1/2 serving twice a day in between meals. Kaysa naman kapag naghanap ka ng meryenda e punta ka sa 7/11 para bumili ng cup noodles o skyflakes lol.

    Pero mahal talaga yan, mas mahal pa kaysa sa totoong pagkaen. At madami pang better option kaysa mass gainer
  • Whole foods are still advisable and would offer the best gains but I think mass gainers serves a purpose to some degree, athletes specially football players uses it,

    Una ung walang time mag luto at mga on the go, me mga mass gainers na 1000 calories with 60g of clean protein per serving, that is a quick 1000cal for you.

    Another is for hardgainers na madaling mabusog, yes you can make your own clean gainer but when you are bulking you will be taking more calories than before and you will get bloated that you have to force yourself to shove that 250g of chicken breast on your mouth. Most mass gainers don't make you bloated, so parang uminom ka lang ng 1000 cal, so more food can be eaten!

    Just make sure you get your macros specially pag nagtake ka ng mass gainers. people sometime think na paguminom ka ng ganun lalaki agad ang muscles mo, nope that is still calories, calories in and calories out. if you don't work your ass out, it will still go to your chest and love handles :)
