Full Body Workout

ask lang. kung meron ako magagain dito sa fullbody na toh. 1month ako nag workout but i stop nung tues until monday para ma regulate ko muna katawan ko. kasi parang na over train ako ee. so sa MWF i will do this workout pero siguro gagawin kong 3sets yung iba dito specially yung mga compound workouts. what do you think guys? or should i stick sa Chest/Back. Shoulder/Arms/Legs?
