Hi I'm new so I kind of wondering arround and reading everything I can. But I really can't find a post that answers my question. I don't want a voluptuous body like dwaybe johnson. All I want is a lean reaped body like like let's say chris evans.
Any diet plan recommendation and what supplements to take?
The only diet plan I have is cut off rice(1/2 cup lang per meal), the ulam is depending on my wife's taste buds and there should always be veggies on the side.
