Glad to know na meron palang forum for Pinoy bodybuilders. As a little background about myself, I used to weight 310 lbs 11 months ago. Through proper diet and exercise, I'm now down to 175 lbs. Okay nako sa weight ko but I'm looking to tone my body para mabawasan ang appearance ng loose skin. Of course, maganda din pag toned ang body.
I now lift weights regularly and I also play sports. I'm here para ma-ambunan ng knowledge when it comes to bodybuilding dahil medyo noob pako. For now, basa-basa muna ako ng mga threads!
