Lats!

Good day mga sirs! ask ko lng ano po ba magandang workout for wider lats? angas kasi tignan ng mga v-taper na back. thanks in advance.

    Pull ups, chin ups
    Wide grip lat pull, close grip lat pull, parallel/neutral grip lat pull

    pag makapal yung muscles mo sa likod wala na ibang pupuntahan yan. kusa lalapad yung lats mo. lahat ng rows and pulls effective :)

    ty sir ask q n din sana kung ano magandang workout as of now kc push pull leg aq 3 times a day pero prang gusto ko mag focus sa back and lats more.

    3x a day? or week?

    Magfocus ka muna sa basic compound exercises. para sa back, wala na tatalo sa BB rows, deadlift, pullups, tbar rows, DB rows. Try to lift as heavy as possible with as many reps as possible, yun lang. Mas maganda din kung lalakas ka sa lahat ng exercises hindi lang sa mga favorite exercise mo.
