New member here. But i read threads here kahit di pa ako member dati and learned a lot. Shy kasi ako kaya nagbabasa lang ako ng mga articles and threads para alam ko gagawin ko pag pasok sa gym haha

1 year and 7 months na ako nagwworkout

I'm an ecto and started from a weight of 125lbs to 150lbs now[/size][/font].
I'm glad nadocument ko yung monthly progress ko for 1 year

Lifting Stats:

Benchpress - 160lbs 5RM

Back Squat - 180lbs 5RM

Deadlift - 250lbs 5RM

Power Cleans - 160lbs 5RM

Power Snatch - 100lbs 5RM

Overhead Press - 120lbs 5RM

I don't do 1rep max kasi natatakot ako baka ma injure.

So for now i'll continue browsing the threads and advance thanks sa mga natututunan ko dito :)
