Hello mga sir.. I am new here. 2 weeks na ako tambay sa forum and now lang ako nagregister. I started gym feb 2014 in 180lbs 5'3" endomorph since birth and now 150 lbs. Broad shoulders ako big built. Gusto ko ilabas ang six pack abs kaso nakakatakot parang malnourish kapag ngdeficit pa ako sa diet. My target is 140 lbs. Yung body fat ko is 16 to 20 i think. Gusto ko 10%. 3 times a week weightlifting then 2 times a week cardio/hiit/circuit. Please help me loose fat and build muscle and down to 140 or 145lbs. I got plateud for 3 wks.
