    sa gym namin madameng no leg day since day 1. hahahaha.

    After 6weeks hiatus, back to the gym.
    Kababalik lng last week galing pinas at puro kain ang inatupag kaya from 64 kg back to 67-68kg
    At ang masaklap ay galing ako ngpalaboratory bllodtest at mataas daw yung gamma and alanine ekek ko, that means may damage daw liver ko.
    Tanong ng doctor ko kung malakas ba daw ako uminom ng alak, sabi ko nde, may maintenance ba daw ako na gamot , sabi ko wala, bakit daw mataas yung sa liver ko, sabi ko na baka sa supplements kase nagfifitness ako, so to make long story short, pinagbawalan na ko magtake kaya binigay ko na yung prewo at multivit ko sa gymbuddy ko, pati sana creatine at bcaa 4:1:1 kaso ayaw na at meron pa daw sya supply, yung gymbuddy ko. So ang hindi ko na lang ididispatsa ay yung fish oil at whey protein, pati yung magnesium at zinc , maybe bawasan ko na din from 2 scoop to 1 scoop na lang na whey ang itatake ko.
    Sa meat at fish na lang ako babawi.
    Baguhin ko na din program ko, balak ko sumali ng IRONMAN 70.3 next year.
    I hope na makaya ko at ng bulsa ko. :))

    hehehe welcome back dito sir, tagal mo nga hiatus. Anyway hindi naman siguro permanent yung problema sa liver mo? sana break lang muna sa supps ang advise ni doc. Good luck nalang sa bagong program mo. sigurado kaya mo yan hehehe

    update lang muna sa journal.
    current weight: 67.5kg
    supplements: myprotein iso and omega 3 na lang for now, advise ni Doc na no more supplements kaso nakasanayan na eh.
    3-4 times a week pa din ang training. push-pull-legs repeat.

    OHP 60kg
    DL 140kg
    Squat HighBar 115kg
    Fat percentage ????
