Started drinking this last October 2013 WITH DIET (86kg).
*Powder is dry and pino pa.
Iniinom ko to mga 10-15mins before workout. Medyo iinit na yung tyan mo after then pag nagbuhat ka, papagpawisan ka ng TODO. You can use it for cardio or weight lifting.
Hindi ka agad gugutumin when taking this. For me, my stomach was sleeping for 8-10 hours. Pero syempre I need to eat to reach my macros. Parang kapag binigyan ka ng food, wala kang gana or busog ka pa. After that 8-10 hours, mararamdaman mo na gising na stomach mo(tutunog). Sya na yung maghahanap ng pagkain LOL.
Stopped using it nung January 2014, pero may kalahati pa ako natitira. I think i just need to cycle. Hindi na bumaba yung timbang ko, and hindi na gumagana sakin yung thermogenic effect. (Switched to other thermogenic mix, will write a review din about sa bago kong ginagamit)
*Now nagdikit dikit na yung powder because of moisture. Kahit masikip na yung takip. Kaya din may plastic pa between nung takip at nung body sa picture.
So far i dropped to 81kg.
Again, this is not a pre-workout. And hindi ito magic drink na papayat agad. Diet is still the key for fat loss, fat buner is just to boost your fat loss.
