Oplan Hubog Alindog Program
This will be my personal diary and road to become a Hipon like other members.
Let's start my story at year 2010. I used to be very fat before and weighed almost 200lbs (5'9 height). I tried meal replacement supplements to lessen my weight and body fat and luckily it worked a bit (probably lose 10lbs. after a month).
Then I switched to HIIT training (Insanity) for about a month but I didn't track my progress at that time, then I stop.
The next thing I did was I jog every other day after work and good thing is it work also but my body turned in to thin-fat and people around me noticed that I need to hit the gym to have a better body figure. Going to the gym was already part of my plan at that time and a luckily again, a new Gym establishment near our house opened.
From there, I started inviting my friends to come and join me with my adventure. My first day at the gym was on October 25, 2013 and it's been almost 2 months now.
I know that this will be a very long, exhausting, tiring yet exciting journey but I already set my mind to succeed in my mission to have a Hipon body!
Another thing, I did workout before for almost a year and stopped because of my school duties and obviously my exhaustion and dedication went to none.

Bench: 30lbs/20lbs incline
Shoulder Press: 20lbs
Biceps: 10lbs each DB
Bench: 70lbs/90lbs with spot
Shoulder Press: 60-70lbs.
Triceps: 70 lbs.
Biceps: 20 lbs each DB
