pain sa pagitan...

mga brod, may naka experience naba sa inyo nito?

Yung pagitan ng pecs at kili-kili nasakit? May kinalaman po kaya ito sa pag dips+weights(DB) ko? Pag inuunan kasi ng gf ko yung part na yun masakit eh. Any treatment or stretching na maipapayo nyo? salamat po :)

and one more, pano pala malalaman kung injured na yung siko naten? ilang lingo na rin kasing masakit yung siko ko pag nag military at bench ako eh :(

    ang turo lang sakin nila sir bd at sir vinch, when pain arising,, stop any movements using that part at all. Mahirap para sa adik na tulad natin pero kelangan pawalain or it may cause some lifelong problems... if it still exist see sports doctor :)

    di ko pa nasusubukan mag hot compress. maya subukan ko

    ganito kasi papz, pag warm up ko halimbawa sa bench, (100lbs) masakit sya pero once dinagdagan ko na yung bigat,di n masakit?

    eh yung sa pagitan ng pecs at kili-kili papz?

    legs lang daw muna lagi mo program para maubliga ka hindi muna mag pressing exercise pero syempre binibiro ka lang ni sir aloy :)

    salamat try ko mga sinabi nyo. try ko kahapon sa workout ko since chest day at tri's ako kahapon, pansin ko sa BB BP lang masakit pero sa incline at dips hinde. Then yung sa siko ko sa skull crusher at cable press down masakit? tama naman form ko kasi chineck ko maige sa salamamin while doing it ?? ano po kaya mga posible(wag naman sana) na injuries sa mga nararamdaman ko sa siko ko at sa pagitan ng chest atfront delts ko? salamat

    You said pain and not soreness. Pain means there's an injury. You snapped some S*** up. Also means stop!! And let it heal!! It's your body's defense mechanism or early warning. Same with your elbow, you developed tendonitis, aka: tennis elbow. Cause: doing the same repetitious movement over and over, with weights too heavy causing tear/s in your tendons. Been there done that. Bottom line,,,,,,Stop and rest that area and or muscle group. Best wishescheers

    gaya ng sabi ni sir rene, rest ka lang muna. Pero ginawa ko ilang araw na rest lang then bumuhat ulit ako pero di na kasing heavy nung masakit pa. Hangang sa ayun, nawala rin naman. Tska mahalaga yung stretching kada set. Yun ang umepekto sakin :)

    Sir baka may namali ka buhat or napabigat masyado? "Baka lang" siguro tama si sir rene ipahinga mo muna yan part na yan. If sa tingin mo kaya mo na.pakiramdaman mo muna sarili mor or yun sumasakit na part. Baka lalo lumala pag continue mo.

    basta pakiramdaman mo lang. ung payo ko sayo un ang ginawa ko and it works for me so pwede rin gumana sayo o hinde. pero ung stretching ok yun kahit saang parte ng katawan :)
