new member here pls help

hi! more than two month na pala ako naggigym . my goal is to weight gain kasi medyo payat ako at hirap ako tumaba.

bumili ako ng mutant mass 15lb but i have a problem. . . nagtatae ako in short LBM na. .
nagtataka ako bakit ganun na nagtatae ako.

here my schedule:
8am to 9am: preparing and eating breakfast:with 2 scoops of mutant mass
9:30am to 11am gym tym na
11am 12pm eat na ulit tapos 2 scoops of mutant mass
1pm pasuk na ako ng school until 9pm my breaktime ng 5pm bali 5pm lng me nakakain ulit
9pm pagkauwi ko eat again. then sleep early.

pls answer my question kung bakit nagtatae ako sa mass. .

    Lactose intolerance, maybe? Have this happened to you everytime you drink milk?
  • hindi naman . sa mass lng talga
  • may ingredient na hindi hiyang sa katawan mo, maybe? change brand !
  • bawal daw kaz malipasan ng gutom. . . eh d ko naman alam kung panu iisched kaz 1pm to 9pm , 5 pm lng me nakakain

    ako 1 year na ko araw araw nalilipasan ng gutom..

    araw araw naka 16 hours akong walang kain minsan nga 24 hrs pa eh :)

    OP bumili ka isang litro fresh milk inumin mo ung half pag nagtae ka balik ka ule dito. Wag mo muna inumin mutant mass
  • Labo nun mutant mass 30mins prior sa oras ng gym mo, hrap nun bloated feeling nde pa tunaw hahahaha.

    Masyado ka umaasa sa mass, kung kinakain mo nlng ng 4 na kanin at maraming karne yan mas masarap pa

    yung ibang kakilala ko nagtatae din sa mutant mass, ang solution lang nila is dapat daw may laman muna ang tyan bago ka uminom nun.







    (nakapag-take ako ng mutant mass before wala naman ako problem na ganyan)

    sanayan pala . . . from 115 lbs . . . now 122 lbs na ako
