    ^baka after 2 years lang mamaw ka na talaga yates. maganda kasi timing ng buhat mo, maaga ka nagstart tapos may proper diet at training ka pa as early as now. you also have the resources.

    @yates: totoo yun, swerte ka nga compared samin na pancit canton, binatog at kung ano ano lang ang kinakain nung college. 17 ako nagstart magbuhat pero nakatikim lang ako ng supps at totoong bodybuilding food nung 22yrs old nako. wag mo lang kami itotroll pag 20 inches na guns mo :)ok back to OP, based sa pics mo regardless kung tama or may mali sa mga ginawa mo for 7 years, may achievement ka pa din. 5kg-10kg lean mass is very very hard to achieve without getting fat or ng hindi nabubura ang cuts lalo na ang abs. eto ang problem mo, pag nag-gain ka ng mass, ok lang ba na burado din abs mo? baka kasi pag nawala definition mo bigla ka mag bago ng isip kasi hindi na sexy tignan at hindi na mala lazar angelov?

    first, OP looks good because he has a lower bf% compared to most of guys here (no offense to everyone). come to think of it he stands 5'9 and weighing just 159-160lbs means he really is nearly competition dry. now who wouldnt look good on those numbers right?

    next, may it be a fishing thread or not i would like to point out since OP is asking for an advice on how to better himself compared to what he have now na like everyone said youre doing good with your current programming as you just need tweaks with the exercises. needs to focus more on nutrition kung talagang gusto mong mag gain ng lean mass with less un necessary weight. based from you picture OP this is the only advise that i can solidly give you.
    also, sure you have been on and off from bb with your 7 years but with that time given kahit papaano mas may improvement dapat mass wise and katwan mo compared sa status mo ngayun. pero nandyan na eh diba it seems like you focused more on how to have a cut look before rather than being massive.

    oh well, considering that you have been into the bb scene for 7 years sigurado ako alam mo na halos ang karamihan sa mga advise namin. if you really are sincerely asking for an advise then its good that you found this forum. kung hindi naman wala naman mawawala samin kung mag bibigay kami ng advise na sincere din para maka tulong.

Gaya nga po ng mga comment nyo, at nabasa ko sabi ni sir vinch, kulang ako sa lahat sa food, proper training, supp, at kung ano ano pa na di nskakatulong para lumaki. Though nag gain naman ako from 100lbs na timbang ko, kulang pa rin para sa 7 years diba po? Kaya now, i have all the resources kaya makaka focus nako sa lahat unlike brfore pancit canton itlog milo before gym hihihi


    At nandito po ako para lalo mainspire at matuto pa kasi honestly, puro buhat lang at basic knowledge. Kaya tyak may matutunan ako saga tao dito in any form ;) kaya salamat po alam ko mtagal tgal pa ung inaasam ko na 10kgs of lean muscle pero willing ako matuto from you guys;)

    Mag 3weeks pa lang ako nag sup brod. At etonang first time ko hehehe dati milo ang hatol sakin kung wala daw budget at eto nga nag gain ako 3 kgs from 69kgs to 72-73kgs kaso problema lumalaki tyan ko at nawawala abs kaya for sure may mali sa ginagawa o pagkain ko

    Kasi sa mga tanong niya he sound a real noob pero since sinabi niyang 7 yrs na siya at walang pics e mahirap husgahan.

    Personally, in good faith naman lahat ng binigay na advice ng members prior to him posting his pics. Claiming that wala siyang progress in 7 years na maniniwala ka dahil recently lang may member tayo na 10 years exp tas mag roids pa.

    Again, its just me. No BS or whatnots.

    As i can see op is afraid to loose his abs this will be the 1st obstacle for him. Naturally youll gain fat while bulking. Mahrap yang gusto mo na walang tabang magain unless mag steroids ka.

    Gusto ko lang muna makita yung OP bago ako mag comment ng kung ano ano hehe.
    Though yep I agree onga pala ngayon ko lang ulit naalala na may 10yrs nga pala na halos walang makitang gains. Hindi na kasi naguupdate yun lately kaya nawala sa isip ko.

    As i can see op is afraid to loose his abs this will be the 1st obstacle for him. Naturally youll gain fat while bulking. Mahrap yang gusto mo na walang tabang magain unless mag steroids ka.

    Naka depende na lang din sa nutrition at training kung paano ang muscle:fat ratio na magagain mo.

    ^may matutulong yung mga mababasa mo sa journal ko, yung nga lang magkaiba tayo ng katawan at pinangagalingan. iba din tayo ng fitness level at tolerance.

    at burado na yung abs ko ngayon, may tamang time para palabasin sila.

    tama ka brod. salamat sa mga comments nyo and i all take that in positive way naman. sakin i know may pinag iba compare sa dati kaso nga lang, ayun halos pitong taon na ako nag workout pero ganito pa lang ang gain ko which is parang kulang, di ba po?
    Gaya ng isang comment na nabasa ko, yung result sa body ko is parang hindi pang 7 years. Kaya now, mabuti at nadiskubre ko tong forum na to atleast may matatanong na ako about sa BB. Kasi kahit ako, nakukulangan sa sarili ko. Kahit alam ko na may gain, iba pa rin yung ma satisfy na ako sa ideal weight at physique na gusto ko.

    At sya nga pala, ok yung mga nababasa ko dito from journals to thread ng ibat ibang bb related topics.

    haha lumalabas pa din naman pag nagflex, pero malayong malayo sa condition na gusto ko. shempre hindi ko pinapabayan na mawala pinaghirapan ko, kahit malabo basta may konting bakas :)
