It's just show na maraming na misinformed na gusto magpaliit ng frame/payat/weightloss/fatloss about eating the white rice Hehehe

^sinisi yung white rice, pero yung mantika sa adobo na sinasabaw nila sa kanin finger lickin' good pa habang kumakain (for hormonal functions daw)...??? :)

oo nga boss eh, be mindful talaga.

Carbs alone is not really the problem per se, it's usually the amount of carbs we eat in relation to activity levels which usually causes the fat gain.

One more thing, it's very easy to overeat carbs (and fat too) if you are not mindful with the things you put on your mouth.

CARBS can make you fat, and so is PROTEIN and FAT, if taken on un-moderated amounts. Anything that is too much can make you fat.

good point! kaya naniniwala pa din ako sa clean eating. kasi maipag hihiwahiwalay mo ung macros mo throughout the whole day.

I actually did a zero to low carb diet - The Ketogenic Diet. It broke the old facts that we know about fats. Yung idea lang naman is to replace carbs with fats for energy. I'm still doing it and it still works. Went from weighing 232lbs (December 2012) to 169 lbs (October 2013). I've attached my photo. But I don't recommend this diet when bulking.

    ahhhhhh
  • New here, Makisali dudes.. Carbs or even fat dont make you fat as long as you dont exceed your calorie maintenance.Taking carbs is important for energy. And taking carbs for insulin spike to absorb minerals coming from proteins and other mineral.

Ok lng tumaba if your after building mass and muscle. Bulking

    Ang matagal ko ng tanong,
Paano ba masasabing naka clean eating? Kapag ba 100% clean ang kinakaen? Like kay vinch ba na same food everyday? Or kahit paiba iba basta galing sa whole food? No processed, sweets,etc..?

I dont consider him as a iifym practitioner. Or occasional desserts (if any).

IIFYM dahil yun nga, no choice but even so I'd still hit my macros despite of those food choices.. then I adjust si carbs and fat from it at papasukan ko ng ultimate PM7 para mameet ko protein requirement ko.

I am always hitting my protein at 90% tapos the rest carbs and fat almost to so-so hit lang dahil mas nasanay ako sa laging ganung set up na for 1 year na may manok araw araw na walang kasawaan, may lasa o wala.
