New here

Hi im a new member here. Im really interested in the informations in this site especially workout and supplements. I started going to the gym for almost 4months now. Main reason is weight loss and muscle gain. Im 92kgs before and already lost10kgs already. I dont have proper workout routine i always do cardio stuffs.
