Green Tea

Gusto ko po sana mag add ng green tea sa aking diet pero I'm still wondering what kind of green tea should I buy? kasi pumunta ako kanina sa mercury drugs ang dami iba't ibang klaseng tea :angry:, gusto ko lang naman malaman kung anong matinong brand ung bilhin kahit di mamahalin :)

  • stick to the basic, green tea bag ng lipton kung meron, basta no other ingredients besides tea. lol.

    baka sinasabi ni clev is processed teas. tulad ng mga c2,lipton in bottle, etc. anything processed is bad... very bad!

  • green tea extract or green tea in capsules pwede din. pero mas trip ko padin sumipsip ng tsaa the old skul way. mas relaxing. if yoe noe watta mean.... lol

    yun nga meron nga na commercial "tea", but actually theres no tea or less tea content talaga like sugar or flavoring..

    kung habol ni sir benefits ng green tea, at concern sa brand siguro maganda eto..

    thanks sa reply try ko ung suggestion sana meron ung mercury ayoko matulad dun sa nabasa ko sa link ni clev sablay na sablay ung green tea kulang ng polyphenol lol

    ok yun green tea extract but in the long run mahihirapan ka sa pagtulog. kaya tinigil ko na siya.

    siguro swerte ko na kung sa kaso na ito..

    Ang kape at tsaa sakin eh baliktad ang epekto.. imbis na gisingin ako lalo akong inaantok..

    kahit maka 5-6 cups a day sinunod sinunod, inanatok ako lalo..

    Magvavary to from person to person, kung yung caffeine sa green tea extract tinutukoy mo very minimal lang yun compared sa isang tasang kape

    sensitive ako yata sa tea. kahit yung green milk tea lang ng moonleaf, di na ako nakakatulog.
