Hi everyone, I'm glad to find a very active pinoy forum about fitness and body building. I've recently just gotten really interested with the body building aspect of fitness (i've mostly only been concerned about losing weight previously.)
Now that i've attained my goal weight, i really want to push for even more however long and hard it takes. I'm currently considered as "Skinny-Fat" as per my research and I really need some tips on how to proceed to improve myself further.
