Rice on a bulk

As we all know carbs ginagamit for energy, ung natira nagiging fats.
Mga sir gano po karaming rice ang kinakaen niyo per meal pag ngbubulk kayo?

    actually brown rice and red rice ang good compared sa ordinary white rice. quinoa rice naman ang champion lol.
