    Welcome bro!! ilang taon kna ba?
    here's my tip dud try mo iminimize yung rice,junk food, taba ng karne & sweet's which is high calorie lahat yan & nakaka dadag ng fats yan, taas san mo yung protein intake mo a day, eat fruits,vegis,lean meat, chicken , eggs & also proper excersie. sabi nga ng mga master 70% DIET 30% WORK OUT gawin mo to para sa GOAL mo!!!!

    wag ka MUNA mag oxyelite or any fat burners! Im not against fat burners pero may tamang panahon para gumamit nun.

    ay sige hehe kasi naisip ko lang na para mas ganahan ako kasi baka mas makakita ako ng results agadmga sir ano po ba yung macros naririnig at nababasa ko kasi di ko maintindihan

    "RESULTS AGAD" easy lang bro, isipin mo na lang nasa kinder ka pa lang at madaming taon pa bago ka makatungtong ng college. ganun din sa fitness goals, very long process pero madami ka matututunan at madedevelop ka along the way. basta once nagstart ka wag ka na titigil kahit mabagal pa yung progress, kasi once tumigil ka back to zero ka. hindi permanent ang gains dito, its about the gains you keep and not the gains you make. kaya maging happy ka sa maliliit na results kasi progress pa din yun.

    basa basa ka muna dito. dami mo matututunan at karamihan sa questions mo andito na ang sagot.

    you sent me a PM but i cannot reply because your private messaging setting is off.

    i just finished my bottle of oxyelite pro. and sadly to say, i didnt see any results. at first i thought im losing but it is not because of the drug, it is because i managed my diet and do cardio a lot. ive taken 3 kinds of fat burners already in my 1 1/2 years of working out and yea, i lose weight but im just not sure if its because of the fat burners im taking or because im exercising and chekcign on my diet. :)

    instead of putting lots of funds on fat burners, i suggest that keep your money and fund it on buying a new gym shoes. :D

    @carloyu: bro, fat burner is a generic term but in reality they are not created for the same purpose and they were not formulated the same. if you check the ingredients, caffeine is always present. caffeine is effective no doubt but you can get it from other cheaper sources. fat burner formulas are rarely made to target fat. most of the time they are:

    1. energy boosters
    2. appetite suppressant
    3. Central nervous system stimulants
    4. diuretics
    5. combination of the ff.

    if you will look at these, they dont target fat literally so it wont give you any edge at this point of your fitness level. btw, oxyelite is an appetite supressant. jitters and palpitations comes with it.

    Sir @vinch naging pasaway ako bumili ako oep haha Wala kwenta tinigil ko after 1 week pero ok epekto since feeling ko nalugi ako dumoble effort ako nag lose ako 7 lbs in 2 weeks haha baka ganun talaga use nung fat burner haha. Wala ako naramdaman sa oep habol ko pa nmn ung added energy ksi sobrang na dedrain ako sa circuit training pre work out supps ba pwede ko itake? Or tyagain ko nalang?

    Naubos na whey ko :( kung pinang whey ko nalang sana unh pinang fat burner ko :((((

    ^expected ko na yan bro na susubok ka pa din despite the advices na nabigay sayo. Normal lang yan, shempre curious tayo sa mga bagay na pwede makatulong satin magimprove kahit pa anong sabihin ng iba. atleast natuto ka sa experience mo diba. ofcourse andyan lagi yung panghihinayang which is part of the journey. pero eto lang mapapayo ko sayo, kahit anong supplement, steroids or retoke pa ang subukan mo babalik at babalik ka pa din sa training at diet kasi yun ang heart and soul ng bodybuilding :) basta ayusin mo muna yung training at nutrition mo ngayon at pag nakahulma na yung mga muscle mo tsaka ka magexplore sa ibang bagay. nagstart ako uminom magsupplement (whey lang) after 5yrs ng training kasi wala ako pambili noon pero hindi ako nagsisisi na baka sana mas bumilis yung development ko kung may supplement sana ako. iba ang nagagawa ng discipline at hardwork bro, mas mamahalin mo katawan mo pag alam mong dugo at pawis ang pinuhunan mo at hindi supplements :)

    Maganda ay ilagay mo yung current meal plan mo everyday para makita natin kung san kulang or malamang kulang sa lahat. kasi kung titignan ko yung meal plan dito sa upper right ng screen pang bantamweight yung kinakain mo. Kahit fatloss ang priority mo kulang yan considering your height and weight. Another thing is you're doing circuit training, hindi ibig sabihin na barbell or DB ang hawak mo ay weightlifting / BBing / PL na ginagawa mo kasi ang dating sakin e more of endurance training ang circuit mo. Wala naman masama dyan but you have to be aware of your condition kasi baka nagjujump ka kagad into something advance for your level of fitness without going thru the basics/fundamentals. Iba ang strength versus energy, iba din ang nanghihina sa napapagod. kaya pagisipan mo rin yung routine mo kung yan ba ang dapat mo ginagawa para maachieve mo yung goal mo :)

    Bro kelan ba ang tamang panahon para gumamit ng ganito?
    Kapag mababa na din ba ang bodyfat? Or kapag nagstuck na sa pagdrop ng bodyfat?

    ^Para sakin pag mababa na BF mo like 14-15%. Ganito kasi, madami badtrip sa fatburners dahil kunyari from 25%bf nagdrop lang sila to 18-20%. In short hindi pa din lean yung kinalabasan. Well, successful pa din kasi naglose ka pa din yun nga lang hindi pa din maganda sa salamin. Imagine kung gumamit ka ng Fat burner @15%BF at nagdrop ka ng 12%BF??? SARAP! :)

    kung nastuck ka naman sa fatloss mo, still it depends on how much fat you have. like sa example above kung nastock ka at 18%BF madami pa ways on how to push your fatloss further w/o using fatburners (case to case basis) versus sa isang individual na stuck na sa fatloss at 11-12%BF kasi muscle preservation na ang mahalaga sa case nya.

    ofcourse at anypoint naman mahalagang mapreserve natin yung lean mass pero kung may winning shot ka mas maganda itira mo sa huli pag ubos na oras :)

    ^ Dagdag ko lang about fat loss, based on my experience, there is a part of the fat loss cycle na halos invisible yung progress mo. Iniisip mo na nagproprogress ba ako? That's when you are around 10-15%. Feeling mo parang walang nangyayari and usually dito nadederail mga gusto mag-cut. Really frustrating not to see progress even with all the hard work you are doing.

    And that's the time these so called fat burners are usually useful.

    @Carlo - Bro parang ang payat mo na tignan judging sa pics bakit nagfafat burner ka pa?
    I think mas ok kung pag gain ng lean mass ang itarget mo. :)

    Anyway nasayo naman kung ano ang gusto mo talaga.
