Basketball will help me to get ripped?

sir/maam ask ko lang kung matutulungan bako ng basketball maging ripped? kung sasabayan ko pa ng gym? and. kung mag ggym ako ng 3 times a week? sang araw maganda ipasok ang baskelball?

    Any type of cardio will help you lose bodyfat dude as long as your diet is in check also. Lifting weights & building more muscle mass also helps bcoz the more muscle one has, the more calories that are burned even when resting. ;)
