Getting in Shape

Good day to all!!!
Mga kapatid, open po ako sa mga suggestions nyo tungkol sa diet at workout routine. Gusto ko sana mag-lose po muna ng excess fat sa akin katawan. Ang target kong weight is 150lbs. As of now, di muna na ko nag-abs workout baka kasi tumigas yung mga belly fat kaya walking & jogging muna ako. Gusto ko rin naman magkaroon na 6 pack abs. Baka may matutulong po kayo sa akin. Thanks po!!!

    To tell you honestly, pag naging lifestyle mo na ang bb ang abs ang last priority mo. Do more research on proper form and programs, and diet.
