    here's mine, I'll include the weight of the bar, ( which is 20lbs.)

    Squat > 230lbs x 2
    BP > 180lbs. x 3
    DL > 265lbs x 1
    OHP > 100lbs x 5

    current weight > 66kg (145 lbs. skinny fagot potah!)
    Nakakahiya naman magpost ng pr dito hahaha
    ok lang yan, pare pareho lang naman tayong nag daan sa low numbers eh, tsaka mamaw rin kaya numbers mo, LOL!

    bro, nakalimutan kong mahiya dun sa pinost kong PRs ahaha.

    inaasahan kong mag improve dahil ang dami kong mga idol dito. isa ka na dun hehe.

    thanks! di po ako katulad nila core, jettie at sir vinch. sila yung mga certified na halimaw, LOL!

    natatandaan ko dati, PR ko lang ata nun sa squat eh 140lbs x 1, BP 100x 8 ( with spot) and DL > 180x 5 ( na injured pa ko nito,)
    gaya nang laging sinasabi nang mga veterans dito, NUTRITION and CONSISTENCY lang. You'll be amazed on how strong you will become.

    ^ dibale mag sstart na ako bukas at mag sisimula ako sa bar para ma check ko ulit kung kuha ko pa yung tamang form. at dagdag ako ng 10lbs for my working sets.

    or kung olybar, yung olybar lang muna. :)

    hindi ako mag mamadaling dagdagan yung weights para mag improve ako :)

    nakaka inspire yung mga PR ninyong lahat!

    Fuark! Ang dami malakas. Seriously, hindi ako kasing lakas niyo. Pero on my current program, I'm trying to have a decent progress din on strength.

    BTW, no excuses, eto ang sakin.

    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 150 lbs

    Bench Press (flat/incline/decline) : 200/160/200 lbs / 3-5 reps / with spot on the dying reps

    Squats (parallel) : 180 lbs / 3 reps / no spot, raw, barefoot

    Deadlift (conventional) : 210 lbs / 3 reps / doing DLs twice a month only, more on SLDL at this moment

    Seated OHP : 100 lbs / 8 reps / can do better

    Seated DB Press : 75 lbs each / 3 reps / with alalay

    NOTE:
    082314 - PR on Flat BP modified from 190 to 200 x4.

    Trap Bar Deadlift: 425lbs x 6
    Squat: 310lbs x 9 (320lbs x 6 and 330lbs x 4 as of 12-22-2014)

    Dips: BW+110lbs x 12
    Pullups: BW+60lbs x 6-8
    One arm DB row: 140lbs x 8
    DB press: 105lbs x 6 (regularly using 100lbs)
    BB row / Tbar row: 270lbs x 8

    These are my current numbers which I'm confident I can do (or been doing) on a regular basis. I didn't include PR's on some lifts because i know I can't do them again and it's useless to list down something you did long ago and can't repeat it. That's my personal belief on PR's.

    Hi. I stopped lifting seriously for almost a year now. Just got back last week or so after a 6month gruelling ordeal with being a graveyard hotel cook and eating so much..

    Ito recent personal bests ko.

    Cleans 200lbs single
    C&J 180lbs single
    Deadlift 315 3x5 next goal is 5x5
    High Bar Squats 315 1x5
    Bench Press at Shoulder Press,
    I am still using various dumbell weights and getting volume
    in and dynamic effort on a seperate day.
    (*wink * wink bakit kaya Boss Vinch?? ;) )

    Hi, Eto po ung PR ko mga 1 month+ ago before yung ACL reconstruction ko. mukang matagal tagal kong hindi magagawa to lalo na ung sa squats and deadlifts kelangan ko muna mag fully recover with religious rehab para bumilis ang pag balik well here it goes :)

    Squats = 415 x 5 x 5
    Bench = 212 x 5 x 5
    Deadlifts = 440 x 5 x 5
    OP = 117 x 5 x 5
    Rows = 212 x 5 x 5

    Note: di ko pa natry mag 1 RM natatakot ako sa bigat. baka di ko kayanin. chaka sabi nga ni sirvinch kung wala naman sa goal ko, ok lang kahit mag pass na ko dun :) galing lang to sa SL 5x5 hehe
