Pero for reference lang.. Ano ba ang mga PR's nyo for DeadLift, Squat and Bench Press..
Mas maganda sana kung may video... If I have time.. mag uupload ako ng sa akin.
Alam ko na marami pa akong kakainging bigas but I'll go first.
DeadLift: 230LBS x 5
BenchPress: 170LBS x 5
Squat: 200LBS x 5
Bodyweight: 160LBS
Height: 5'9

Tanong ko lang sa sinabi mong 1 year kang nagwoworkout, ano ginagawa mo dati? Kasi sabi mo 2 months ka pa lang nag weightlift, medyo malabo.

Kung 2 month ka palang nag weightlift, para saan yung paginom mo ng isang buwan?

Nag wwork out na din ako ako almost a year.. pero ndi kasing intense ng weight training...
Nag jump ung numbers ko sa mga compund lifts na yan just within 2 months span..

Nag creatine na po ako 1month prior sa pag weight training ko...
Nag ggym wwork out / bodybuild na din po ako and almost 2 months na nung nag switch sa weight training / powerlifting..

MP's: 160 x 6 ( week sauce )

Squat 260 x 4 belt only no spot
BP 220 x 3 no bar holding ( bantay salakay mode yung spotter )
OHP 100 x 6
Dips BW + 60 x 4
Chins BW + 30 x 6

Tama. Yung iba mukhang 45lbs, until you literally put it on a weighing scale and realize you are only lifting 35-40lbs bar weight. Still a 5-10lbs difference.
Would be good to add our bodyweight in our stats, too.

Nung unang nag gym gym-an ako. ito yung PR ko (at hirap na ako dati)
Squats : 110lbs
Deadlift: ~150lbs
BP: 50lbs
OHP: 45lbs
