A good Push/Pull Routine?

Ive tried a 4-day Split Routine before and it does give me a bit gains but doing Push/Pull Routine gave me significant gains but also nice increase in my lifts. With Splits, I felt like yung buhat ko is hindi nadadagdagan ng bigat masyado.

Right now I'm doing a boring 4 day Split kase nangangapa pa ako sa bagong gym na nilipatan ko
( Back/Bis/Traps ) ,
( Chest/Shoulders/Tris),
REST ,
(Legs, Calves),
( Shoulders, Bis, Tris)

My old Push/Pull Routine goes like this ( I dont know if this is even right lol )

[ Pull ]
Deadlift 3 x 5
Barbell Rows 3 x 8-12
Lateral Pulldown 3 x 8-12
Pullups 3 x Failure
Hyperextension 3 x Failure

Dumbbell Shrugs 5 x 20-30

Inclined Dumbell Curls 3 x 8-12
Hammer Curls 3 x 8-12
Ez Bar Curls 3 x 8-12

[ Push ]
Bench Press 5 x 5
Squats 5 x 5
OHP 5 x 5
Lateral Raise + Rear Lateral Raise 3 x 8-12
Standing calf raise 5 x 20-30
EZ Bar Tricep Extension 3 x 12
Dips 3 x Failure




Does anyone here know a good Push/Pull Routine???
I did like my old push pull routine kaso parang feeling ko mali, im not sure though thats why i would love criticisms tapos parang napansin ko lang though sa push pull ko is yung legs ko is parang nag lalag, well yung iba kung lifts talagang tumataas nung nagpush pull ako pero yung squats ko talaga or yung legs ko feeling ko di nagbabago.
May mga ibang Push/Pull kase ako nakita na parang may legs sila on push and on pull parang hiwalay may mga leg extensions pa na naka incorporate ata. It would be great if someone knows here a good one. More on strength kasi hanap ko na workout. Ayun thanks.
